I tried to replace a few spark plugs in our 2004 Ford Explorer and managed to cause some damage. I called McFarland's and they came by the next day. Craig fixed my mistake and was super helpful with all my questions and concerns. He seemed honest and straight forward. I was very impressed and will not hesitate to call them again.

2 lower and two upper Ball Joints and a track bar on a 3/4 ton Dodge truck almost Killed the mechanic because they were really tough to get off. Also had to replace a hub that was also screwed up and an O2 sensor...This truck had the mechanics number... but they got it done good and right and will be back... this was almost as bad as grandma's wisdom teeth being pulled... On time within the timeframe quoted, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. My Nissan Sentra wouldn't start and the problem was diagnosed, flooded plugs,right away and in a very short time my car was running again. He also took care of my headlight and tail lights that were out. He did a full inspection and wrote down all of the repairs needed in the near future brakes especailly. Let me know that you also do oil changes. I am impressed and would recommend your company any time. I would also like to say the price seemed reasonable and Zach was a pleasure to deal with. One more thing he came out on a Sunday! Thank you!

"This guy did a great job with my Volvo (91 740). The vehicle needed much front-end work including struts, bushings, and ball joints. Front brakes and rear shocks were done as well.

The staff was very professional and work was done on time and within the original budget.

I assume that the rating scale is out of 5-stars — So he actually deserves 6-stars.

The only problem about giving such a great review, is that NOW everybody will go here. However, he deserves each and every star!"
