I tried to replace a few spark plugs in our 2004 Ford Explorer and managed to cause some damage. I called McFarland's and they came by the next day. Craig fixed my mistake and was super helpful with all my questions and concerns. He seemed honest and straight forward. I was very impressed and will not hesitate to call them again.

On time within the timeframe quoted, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. My Nissan Sentra wouldn't start and the problem was diagnosed, flooded plugs,right away and in a very short time my car was running again. He also took care of my headlight and tail lights that were out. He did a full inspection and wrote down all of the repairs needed in the near future brakes especailly. Let me know that you also do oil changes. I am impressed and would recommend your company any time. I would also like to say the price seemed reasonable and Zach was a pleasure to deal with. One more thing he came out on a Sunday! Thank you!

"Kevin saved my day last week! I found him on Craigslist so I was a bit skeptical but when he arrived to repair my car that was broke down in a parking lot he was more then professional! He was so nice and made me feel comfortable. He had my car back on the road after 45 minutes which made me on time to work. His rates were very fair too. I highly recommend this guy and plan on using him for all of my car repairs from here on out!!!"

"When we have lots of work done on our car we drive and hour to take it to Kevin and then back home in our other car, then we drive back to Kevin to pick it up. Four hours is a lot but it is totally worth it. Kevin is through and completely trust worthy. He explains things in laymen terms and does’t make me feel like I am being nickel and dimed at all."

I needed a mechanic to tune up my 2005 Ford Pickup and very happy to have called McFarland's Mobile Mechanics. They came to my location in Vancouver and did a great job for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for your great work and saving me a lot of money. Great Job

2 lower and two upper Ball Joints and a track bar on a 3/4 ton Dodge truck almost Killed the mechanic because they were really tough to get off. Also had to replace a hub that was also screwed up and an O2 sensor...This truck had the mechanics number... but they got it done good and right and will be back... this was almost as bad as grandma's wisdom teeth being pulled... I had a local bid down the street that i had some previous work done on a tune up and valve cover gasket, so I got a price for a AC motor replacement and belt. They said they could do it for $1900 with a discount down to $1450. I told them I would think about it.
I walked back to the other shop and picked up my car and told them I would need some time to think about it. I called a Craigslist ad and the first guy was nice saying he could not do it because he didn't have a specific tool.
I called Beau at McFarlands and within 5 minutes I had a quote for a refurbished one (For a 1995 Toyota Avalon I didn't need new) for $518. I made an appointment within 2 days out. They called to confirm before coming out.
Jason showed up at my place, blocked off an area with cones and went to work. He noticed that I needed a hose and told him that it was my bad in not mentioning that to Beau. No problem. Jason went to a local distributor to get one. No questions or conerns. A complete inspection was included.
Car up and running feeling very nice and comfy with AC working perfectly.
I will use them again for any future required work and as a referral too.
