I tried to replace a few spark plugs in our 2004 Ford Explorer and managed to cause some damage. I called McFarland's and they came by the next day. Craig fixed my mistake and was super helpful with all my questions and concerns. He seemed honest and straight forward. I was very impressed and will not hesitate to call them again.

2 lower and two upper Ball Joints and a track bar on a 3/4 ton Dodge truck almost Killed the mechanic because they were really tough to get off. Also had to replace a hub that was also screwed up and an O2 sensor...This truck had the mechanics number... but they got it done good and right and will be back... this was almost as bad as grandma's wisdom teeth being pulled... Nice job guy's Worth you time using them thanks...Arlan

On time within the timeframe quoted, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. My Nissan Sentra wouldn't start and the problem was diagnosed, flooded plugs,right away and in a very short time my car was running again. He also took care of my headlight and tail lights that were out. He did a full inspection and wrote down all of the repairs needed in the near future brakes especailly. Let me know that you also do oil changes. I am impressed and would recommend your company any time. I would also like to say the price seemed reasonable and Zach was a pleasure to deal with. One more thing he came out on a Sunday! Thank you!

"Kevin saved my day last week! I found him on Craigslist so I was a bit skeptical but when he arrived to repair my car that was broke down in a parking lot he was more then professional! He was so nice and made me feel comfortable. He had my car back on the road after 45 minutes which made me on time to work. His rates were very fair too. "Early on a Saturday morning, I had a big problem with a piece of machinery — 1974 Hyster, to be exact. I depend on this old beast to make my living, and to have it not even try to start was a big, big deal. I called McFarlands, got no answer, but Craig called me right back and asked if had been me calling. Well, of course it had."

He came right out to the place, and although I think the Hyster is older than he is, started right in on the diagnostics. Well, as soon as he got one thing fixed, something else came up. I’m sure he had better jobs to go to, but he stuck right with me all the way through the process. The old girl is running just fine now. These guys are going to get all my business — they’re polite, thorough, and punctual. What more could a person want? If you need a mechanic, give these guys a call and do some business with them. You won’t regret it.
