I tried to replace a few spark plugs in our 2004 Ford Explorer and managed to cause some damage. I called McFarland's and they came by the next day. Craig fixed my mistake and was super helpful with all my questions and concerns. He seemed honest and straight forward. I was very impressed and will not hesitate to call them again.

"Kevin saved my day last week! I found him on Craigslist so I was a bit skeptical but when he arrived to repair my car that was broke down in a parking lot he was more then professional! He was so nice and made me feel comfortable. He had my car back on the road after 45 minutes which made me on time to work. His rates were very fair too. I highly recommend this guy and plan on using him for all of my car repairs from here on out!!!"

"When we have lots of work done on our car we drive and hour to take it to Kevin and then back home in our other car, then we drive back to Kevin to pick it up. Four hours is a lot but it is totally worth it. Kevin is through and completely trust worthy. He explains things in laymen terms and does’t make me feel like I am being nickel and dimed at all."

2 lower and two upper Ball Joints and a track bar on a 3/4 ton Dodge truck almost Killed the mechanic because they were really tough to get off. Also had to replace a hub that was also screwed up and an O2 sensor...This truck had the mechanics number... but they got it done good and right and will be back... this was almost as bad as grandma's wisdom teeth being pulled... Nice job guy's Worth you time using them thanks...Arlan
